History

TASC Strategic Consulting was founded in 1993 by Mr. Salco Kleerekoper upon concluding a seven year consulting career in the UK, advising some of Europe’s largest corporations in the energy, infrastructure and telecom sectors. Since then, TASC has grown to become the largest strategic consulting firm in Israel and one of the leading consultancies in EMEA. In its early years, TASC focused on advising clients in the energy, water and transport sectors. Towards the end of the 1990’s, TASC established its Communications and Financial Services practices, both of which reached market dominance and created an international footprint by 2005. In 2006, after several years of intensive international activity, TASC opened an office in Bucharest. This office has now established itself as one of Romania’s prominent consultancies, providing services to both international corporations and the Romanian government. In 2007, TASC established its Consumer Goods practice, which services market leaders such as General Mills and SanDisk. In 2008, TASC opened its Istanbul office and a sales representative office in Amsterdam.
