Our recruiting process gives you the chance to learn about TASC and at the same time allows us to get to know you. While our recruitment criteria are similar worldwide, there are minor differences in the interview processes for our different offices. However, every candidate goes through a short analytical test as well as several interviews with TASC consultants.
The case-study test is based on actual projects TASC has undertaken over the years and is designed to test your analytical skills and your capability to make decisions under uncertainty.
The consultants' interviews focus on your experience to date. During the interview you will also be tested with a short business case, to give you a taste of the true dilemmas consultants encounter on a daily basis. In all interviews you will have a chance to ask questions and learn more about what it means to be a consultant at TASC.
