Transport

The transportation and logistics practice is one of our largest industry practices. It has advised over the years on the corporatization and privatization of transport companies and projects, opportunities deriving from sector reform and deregulation, technological advances and more.
TASC has advised on a wide range of projects: developing business strategies for the transportation concession arm of large construction companies; devising marketing strategies for new entrants in the cargo business; designing tenders for large public- private partnership infrastructure tenders and formulating pricing strategies for airline companies.

TASC has advised the government of Israel on all major transport projects promoted on a PPP basis, including a tunnel project, two LRT projects and five major road projects with a total value of over US$4bn

TASC advised The Nigerian Ministry of Transport and the World Bank on promoting a rehabilitation scheme of 7,000 km of roads using PPP methods. It has recently undertaken a similar project in Liberia
