Relevant Experience

Over 10 years of experience in Organization & Operations consultancy:

  • Guided organizational change management processes, improved work processes, formulated organizational structures and created operational models. Led projects with the above specialties in the Commission for Equal Rights for People with disabilities, Israel’s Tax authority’s book-keeping division and the Ministry of Justice’s enforcement units.
  • Accompanied many ministries and government agencies in forming, implementing and designing work-plan and monitoring processes, including the Ministry of Environment Protection, Israel’s Tax authority, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Medical Centers’ Division
  • Improved service and patients’ experience for many health-related organizations- clinical divisions, out-patients clinics and emergency centers, all with board-level in medical centers such as Kaplan, Ichilov, Soroka, Carmel, Rabin Schnider
  • Supported the establishment of the new Ministry of Health Government Medical Centers’ Division, including initiation documents, organizational structure for the information system’s unit, forming management processes and implementing the unit’s strategy
  • Assisted health-clinics and emergency rooms in forming and improving measurements for patients’ service satisfaction in Schnider, Kaplan’s eyes clinic, Beilinson’s gastro clinic and Ichilov’s urology clinic
  • Led projects of changing operation concepts, including redefining the organization’s role, performing benchmarks, changing the manpower mix and recommending activities that can be outsourced. These specialties were used to increase the effectiveness of enforcement activities in the Ministry of Environmental Protection
  • Accompanied a leading bank in analyzing and improving its organizational culture, as part of implementing a culture of operational excellence
