Ilan Bronstein

Ilan focuses on strategy execution and change management in the financial and retail industries and public sector. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and has served as a lecturer at the university’s business school.

Relevant Experience

Over 16 years of experience in organizational practice including:

  • Accompanied the establishment of the new Ministry of Health, Government Medical Centers Division, as well as assisting in defining professional and managerial KPIs and building a methodology for and learning and drawing conclusions from the measurement
  • Led efficiency increase process for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
  • Defined the organizational change at the Commission for Equal Rights for People with Disabilities
  • Guided a cost-reduction process including defining outsourcing solutions and digitizing the operations of the system for the Ministry of Environmental Protection
  • Accompanied a comprehensive organizational design and structural change for the Ministry of Housing and Construction
  • Assisted in the establishment of the Population and Immigration Authority, including the definition of work processes, and formulating the organizational structure and accompanying the change process
  • Acted as a consultant for many ministries and government agencies including the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Housing and Construction, the Population and Immigration Authority, the State Comptroller’s Office, and Ministry of the Environment in planning and implementing planning and control processes, including the construction of measurements systems (result, management, service, etc.)
