Lori has expertise in the Organization & Operations practice, specializing in process improvement, organizational structure design and planning and control methodologies. She has vast experience in guiding and accompanying management teams in leading complex organizational and strategic changes, mainly involving human capital aspects. Lori holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the Inter-Disciplinary Center and an MBA specializing in Organizational Behaviour from Tel-Aviv University and Stern Business School of NYU.

Relevant Experience

Her three years of experience in the Organization & Operations practice include:

  • Led a long-term project for a large ministry office, comprising of a few main components:
    • Forming its Operation Concept, redefining the organizations’ mission statement, performing benchmarks, and setting guiding operation principles
    • Mapping main working processes and detail-designing chosen processes
    • Designing the organizational structure and assessing the change implications. These activities were used to promote the organizations’ objectives and adjust it to the surroundings
  • Guided organizational structure changes including division of roles, responsibilities, and interfaces mapping, alongside formulation of the implementation plan. Led projects with the above-mentioned specialties for the Israel Tax Authority’s Book-Keeping division and a privately held health company
  • Accompanied a leading bank in analyzing and improving its organizational culture, as part of the formation and implementation of its Operational Excellence strategy
  • Guided several ministries and government offices such as The State Comptroller, Israel Tax Authority, Public hospital departments, in forming and implementing a work-plan planning and monitoring methodology and supporting tools
  • Formatted strategy implementation plans for the Israel Statistics Bureau, Israel Electricity Company, and Israel Tax Authority’s Book-Keeping division
  • Conducted comparative reviews (benchmarks) in various fields in both the public and private sectors
