  • Assisted a large bank in streamlining and improving the mortgage granting process in order to increase profits, including transferring powers to the centers
  • Accompanied a global manufacturing company in formulating an organizational structure that conforms to its growth strategy including job definitions
  • Assisted the Israel Land Authority in formulating an organizational structure for the headquarters and assessing the manpower required in light of the changes
  • Accompanied a variety of government ministries in planning and implementation of planning and control processes, including building measurement systems, characterizing and developing information systems for managing and monitoring work plans
