Overview

This is an entry-level position for Bachelor’s/Master’s graduates interested in improving user and client experiences

You will be a member of a consulting team advising and supporting senior management of leading organizations and government agencies on major strategic issues. As a CX Consultant, you will formulate service & digital strategies, implement digital transformation processes, conduct user and market research, design user experiences, and characterize digital interfaces.

We are looking for team players with a combination of creative and analytical skills who are passionate about human-centered design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field from a leading academic institution
  • UX skills
  • Graphic design skills—advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
