As a Financial Consulting Analyst, you will work with senior executives across leading private and public sector organizations to address complex financial challenges and support critical business decisions.
From day one, you will be expected to think critically, learn quickly, take ownership, and contribute to work that has a real impact on our clients’ businesses.
You will work across a broad range of financial and decision-making topics, including valuation, transaction advisory, debt raising, tender processes, investment go/no-go analysis, and IPOs.
your work will focus on supporting complex financial decisions by leveraging financial modelling, valuation, comparative analysis, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements
- Outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading academic institution in Economics or Accounting
- Completed accounting internship with a leading firm – Advantage
- Exceptional academic, professional, or extracurricular achievements
- Strong analytical skills and business sense
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Hebrew and English

- At least 2 years of significant experience in an economic or financial role
- Outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree from a leading academic institution in Economics or Accounting
- Completed accounting internship with a leading firm – Advantage
- Exceptional academic, professional, or extracurricular achievements
- Strong analytical skills and business sense
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Financial Associate
Overview
As a Financial Associate, you will self-manage tasks and manage Financial Consultants on larger teams. In addition, you will be able to perfect your consulting capabilities and develop client-relations skills.
As a Financial Associate, you will accompany the senior management level of the largest organizations in the country in complicated decision-making processes, building complex financial models. You will also negotiate with different funding bodies in the local and global areas. In addition, you will perform competitive analysis by variance methodologies.
