AI Solutions & Knowledge Technologies Specialist
About the Job
In this role, you will design and implement AI-powered solutions that transform how knowledge is created, shared, and used across the firm. Working closely with consultants and business leaders, you will identify opportunities to improve knowledge management, automate workflows, and build practical AI solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making.
You will leverage modern AI technologies, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, APIs, workflow automation, and LLMs to develop internal tools and intelligent knowledge capabilities, while helping drive AI adoption across the organization through training, enablement, and continuous improvement. As part of this role, you will lead the implementation, adoption and change management aspects of AI driven workspace.
Requirements:
- Student or graduate from a leading academic institution in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience building AI applications, internal tools, automations, workflow solutions, bots, or system integrations.
- Practical experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI-assisted development, APIs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and workflow automation platforms.
- Familiarity with modern AI concepts such as RAG, semantic search, vector databases, embeddings, document processing, and knowledge retrieval.
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- A passion for experimenting with emerging AI technologies and rapidly turning ideas into working solutions.
- Proven experience in training, instructing, or guiding users in technological environments (experience from military training units/instruction units is a major advantage). Experience with creating learning methodologies or instructional materials.
