Knowledge Platform & AI Operations Lead

About the Job

The Role: We are looking for a professional to manage and evolve TASC’s internal knowledge ecosystem. You will be responsible for the daily operation of our digital platforms, ensuring our consultants have seamless access to methodologies and data while driving efficiency through AI-powered tools.

Daily Responsibilities:

    • Platform Ownership: Manage and optimize the SharePoint environment—structuring content, maintaining information hierarchy, and ensuring fast retrieval of consulting deliverables.

    • Process Digitalization: Identify operational needs and implement tech-based solutions. You will define requirements and manage the practical rollout of internal tools and workflows.

    • Practical AI Integration: Identify and deploy AI tools (automations, smart summarization, etc.) to streamline daily consulting tasks and administrative work.

    • Onboarding & Support: Serve as the focal point for all organizational tools—conducting staff training, creating “how-to” guides, and ensuring high user adoption.

Requirements:

    • Experience: Proven experience in content and information management within SharePoint.

    • Process Design: Solid background in analyzing business workflows and translating them into functional digital tools (no coding required).

    • Tech Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and a strong command of AI productivity tools.

    • Personal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, a proactive approach to driving processes, and a strong service orientation
