TASC, Israel’s leading strategy and management consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Organizational & Operational Excellence team.
In this role, you will lead Operating Model Strategy & Transformation projects for executive leadership teams across Israel’s leading banks, insurance companies, credit card companies, and other financial institutions. Projects focus on designing operating models, organizational structures, and business processes, driving performance improvement and large-scale transformation, while leveraging AI, data, and technology to create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects focused on Operating Model design and organizational transformation.
- Diagnose, design, and implement organizational structures, operating processes, and management mechanisms.
- Develop integrated solutions that combine people, processes, technology, and AI to improve performance and create business value.
- Partner closely with executive leadership teams and lead joint client teams from strategy development through implementation.

- 4–6 years of experience leading projects in Operating Model, Transformation, Organizational Consulting, or Operational Excellence.
- Proven experience working with financial services organizations, including banks, insurance companies, or credit card companies – required.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing, designing, and implementing operating models, organizational structures, or business processes.
- Experience in a consulting firm or in an internal strategy, transformation, or operational excellence role within a financial institution is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital transformation in an organizational context – an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution – required
- Master’s degree – an advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities, systems thinking, client leadership, and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
