Organizational Strategy Consultant – Student Position
About the Job
As an Organizational Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with leading business companies and government offices, playing a key role in the development and implementation of organizational strategies. You will engage in in-depth analysis of organizational systems and lead complex changes and reforms that will significantly impact the organization and its business environment. The work is project-based, diverse, and dynamic, involving teamwork with other consultants and managers.
The role includes:
- Assessing organizations : Analyzing organizational structure, work processes, products, services, and management routines.
- Formulating solutions: Providing recommendations to address organizational challenges.
- Leading complex processes: Supporting significant changes and reforms with a major impact on the organization.
- Working with senior executives: Direct collaboration with senior managers in both the public and private sectors
Requirements:
- Up to one year remaining until graduation from a leading academic institution in a relevant field required
- Strong analytical skills
- High interpersonal skills
- Excellent Hebrew proficiency – required
- Arabic language proficiency – an advantage
