Renana Weiss

Renana Weiss is a manager in TASC’s Organizational & Operational Excellence practice, specializing in organizational strategy and operational optimization. She leads complex projects in process improvement, organizational design, and change management, with expertise in service strategy implementation and post-merger integration. Her work encompasses RPA implementation, IT systems enhancement, and regulatory compliance. Renana holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ariel University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Hebrew University.
