Zohar Rotem is a CX Manager at TASC’s Digital & Data Department. Specializing in customer experience design, she combines psychological insights with data-driven methodologies to create comprehensive user-centered solutions. Her work spans complex design systems, user research, service process analysis, and needs assessment for clients and end-users. Zohar holds a B.A. in Cognitive Science and Psychology, and an M.A. in Social Psychology and Data Science from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a UX/UI diploma from BEX Academy.
