The group’s management requested TASC to conduct a sell-side commercial due-diligence process as a preliminary step.

• Process:

TASC performed a thorough commercial due-diligence process as well as an assessment of the strategic plan. TASC analyzed the potential for installing CHP units for on-site electricity and steam generation plants in various countries. TASC also advised on various alternatives for procuring CHP units as a combined global project.

The state of Israel was trying to solve the water crisis by establishing several desalination facilities along the Israeli shore, with a joint capacity of more than 400 MCM / year.

• Process:

TASC analyzed the economic and financial aspects of major desalination projects to be promoted in Israel (Ashekelon, Palmachim, Hadera and Soreq) with annual capacity of ~450 million m3/year. Among others, TASC designed the risk sharing mechanism, the payment structure for the contractor, and evaluated economic bids
