Leads TASC’s TMT practice, owning a vast experience in building business, economic and regulatory strategies for clients in a wide variety of activities in this sector, spanning both B2C and B2B spheres. He holds a B.A in Economics and Psychology from Tel-Aviv University and an MSc. In Political Science and Political Economy (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where he was a Chevening scholar.

  • Assisted a leading international Telco in establishing a Go-to-Market strategy for the Israeli Cloud services market
  • Escorted a major Israeli Telco in the complete Broadband Wholesale regulation process
  • Accompanied Israel’s National Digital Bureau with the development of Israel’s national digital strategy and formulated the Israeli National Digital Plan
  • Worked with Israel’s Prime Minister’s office on several projects regarding local and global Mobile markets
  • Conducted an extensive ROI evaluation of physical transmission deployment for an Israeli telecommunications infrastructure owner
  • Helped Israel’s leading pay-TV provider in establishing a new digital content platform
