Why TASC?

A member of the elite has always been my aspiration, and therefore choosing TASC came naturally to me. TAS’s leadership and excellence can be seen in the quality of its human capital, as well as its high standards and professionalism. In addition to my daily roles as HR Manager, I find my working environment pushes me forwards and helps me become the best version of myself.

Recruiting advice

Consulting at TASC it’s about embracing your uniqueness and showcasing it. There are many excellent candidates during the recruitment process, yet your personality and how you add value to the company are key factors. Therefore, I would advise any candidate to showcase their special qualities in an authentic manner.

Career journey

Over the past five years, I have been the HR Manager at TASC. It has always been my passion to work with people, and at TASC I get to see the journey each employee takes from the beginning of their recruitment process, all the way through their growth and development. My military service as a psychotechnical diagnostician has taught me that diagnosis is a bit of a puzzle. TASC gets the same feeling when identifying the most talented candidates from all of the outstanding candidates we meet. Time and time again, this process excites me.

Culture

An important aspect of TASC is its social fabric. A friendly and supportive culture characterizes our organization, and all employees take pride in their work. TASC employees form strong relationships beyond the work hours and beyond their time at the company. Additionally to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, there is meaningful work being done.
