Why TASC?

I chose to pursue organizational consulting because I believe in the power of individuals and their supporting systems to effect genuine change in the world. My goal is to facilitate these transformative processes. Working as a consultant at TASC gives me the opportunity to guide, participate in, and shape initiatives that have a direct impact on our lives in Israel. Moreover, it exposes me to a wide range of fields, allowing me to both contribute my expertise and grow professionally.

What does the day-to-day look like?

As part of the organizational consulting team, I work across diverse areas—from planning and control to organizational culture shaping. My role involves developing methodologies, deciphering organizational concepts, and facilitating change processes. This work includes in-depth research, interviews, workshops, and collaborative thinking sessions, allowing me to address complex organizational challenges comprehensively.

Impact for clients

I assist various organizations, mainly in the public sector, to work more efficiently and with greater coordination, while focusing on maximizing their impact potential in a way that benefits both their customers and employees.
