Daphna is a Manager in the Organization & Operations practice with over five years of experience accompanying senior management teams through large-scale organizational changes, both in the public and private sectors. Daphna specializes in organizational and operational strategy, organizational structure design, process improvement and streamlining, planning and monitoring methodologies. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University (formerly IDC Herzliya) and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.
