Social Responsibility

Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) is deeply embedded in and inseparable from TASC’s business philosophy. Guided by a commitment to equality, sustainability, and fairness, we strive to create meaningful impact through four complementary pillars: pro bono consulting projects, volunteer work, internal initiatives, and a responsible client policy. Each pillar is supported by clear, measurable goals that are updated annually. As part of this commitment, TASC allocates 1% of its annual revenue to ESG-related activities.

Pro Bono Projects

Our consulting expertise is our most powerful lever for impact. Each year, we carry out several pro bono consulting projects for selected non-profit organizations, focusing on key social challenges identified by our team such as promoting gender equality, reducing educational disparities, and supporting communities affected by the events of October 7, 2023.

Projects are selected based on defined criteria and are managed with the same rigor as commercial engagements – complete with a structured work plan, dedicated team, and success metrics. Non-profits working within these focus areas are welcome to apply through our online application form

Volunteering

We encourage our consultants to engage in year-round, ongoing volunteer efforts with an emphasis on professional contribution and long-term involvement that enables real impact. In addition, the entire company comes together once a year for a group volunteering day that combines hands-on fieldwork with a shared sense of purpose.

Throughout the year, we partner with a selected NGO to co-develop a long-term volunteering program – from mentoring high school students to renovating educational institutions. We also support employee-led initiatives and help them grow.

Internal Initiatives

Our commitment to corporate responsibility starts from within. We actively promote diversity and inclusion and improve our recruitment and onboarding processes to remove cultural and structural barriers for candidates from underrepresented communities such as the ultra-Orthodox, Arab, Ethiopian-Israeli, and people with disabilities.

We also advance operational sustainability, including the use of reusable materials, an advanced recycling infrastructure, printing reduction, energy-consumption monitoring, and responsible procurement practices that prioritize socially and environmentally conscious suppliers. Each initiative is backed by defined KPIs and integrated into the company’s annual operational plan.

Internal Initiatives

Corporate Ethical Code

We believe that business success must go hand in hand with ethical responsibility. TASC does not engage with clients involved in human rights violations or discriminatory practices, nor do we provide services to companies in industries such as tobacco, gambling or offensive cyber technologies.

Each project undergoes an ethical review process that assesses its potential impact on the public and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Our goal is to create real value – without compromising the public good.
