Building a long-term strategy plan for a major telecom operator and assisting with its implementation
  • Business Dilemma:
    A leading telco wanted to build a 5-year plan to better cope with challenges and opportunities in the market and new technological developments. The company approached TASC to help build this long-term strategy.
  • Process:
    Our team analyzed the client’s full range of activities and performed a comprehensive SWOT analysis deriving from market competition, technological trends, and regulation. We then developed a growth-engine strategy encompassing all of our client’s activities, including broadband and pay TV. Based on a segmental vision of the company’s customer base, we designed unique value propositions and built an economic potential model for new offerings such as an ISP, triple packages and entry into the mobile market.

    The strategy was fully executed and led to an impressive increase in performance, cementing the company as a leading telecommunications group in the Israeli market.
