The bank contacted TASC to help improve the effectiveness of its mortgage-lending process.
- Process:
TASC approached the business dilemma by analyzing funnels from both the client and bank perspectives, identifying focal points for improvement. Steps towards improvement were formulated and prioritized based on impact assessment and applicability. Finally, the moves were classified for improvement over time and a detailed characterization portfolio was formulated for each move, including an assessment of the resources needed to implement each move.
- Project Outcome & Impact:
Improved effectiveness in both process and performance KPIs, along with a cohesive infrastructure for increasing customer numbers throughout the funnel.
