Compiling an innovative growth strategy for Israel’s largest credit-card company
  • Business Dilemma:
    Credit-card companies have been experiencing massive changes in their business landscape, mainly driven by new technologies.
    A leading player turned to TASC for help in identifying innovative growth engines in light of this changing market.
  • Process:
    The project started by running war-game scenarios – predicting competitors’ strategic moves, partnerships and new-value propositions. The team then led extensive user research (consumer interviews, roundtables with businesses and professionals, surveys, and field observations) and performed an in-depth regulatory review, alongside a review of competitors’ financial and commercial performance.
  • Strategic solution & impact:
    The project resulted in a new customer experience concept for both in-person shopping at stores and on online e-commerce platforms. The concept was fully adopted by management and is being rolled out by the company.
