  • Business Dilemma:
    The bank asked TASC for assistance in formulating an OpEx transformation strategy to improve cost management.


  • Process:
    TASC approached the dilemma with an assessment of the bank’s existing OpEx maturity level, identifying processes with improvement potential, mapping monitoring routines, and conducting interviews and focus groups to understand the culture of operational excellence. Following the overall analysis, TASC recommended an OpEx model and potential moves.

    The bank has uncovered its most valuable potential areas for improvement related to OPEX and is now equipped with a solid thinking framework that enables the required steps of the transformation
