Promoting Israel as a world leader in the field of alternative protein

• Business Dilemma:
  In recent years, we have witnessed new production techniques that will change the way we consume animal products, while demand for protein is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. TASC was asked by leading international NGO to review the main challenges in promoting the alternative-protein industry in Israel

• Process:
  The project required reviewing the global alternative-protein field, including major trends and forecasted growth, and defining Israel’s potential to be a global leader in the field. In addition, our team mapped the barriers for field development in Israel and defined government initiatives that could lead to Israel’s competitive advantage in the field

• Strategic solution & impact:
  An offer was received to formulate a national plan to establish Israel as a world leader in the alternative-protein global field
