- Formed a comprehensive 5-year growth strategy for one of Israel’s largest logistics companies, which operates in the air freight, fulfillment centers, and delivery sectors
- Formulated an extensive go-to-market strategy for one of Israel’s leading energy storage companies
- Acted as the strategic consultant to one of Israel’s leading public transportation companies as well as forming strategic plans, assisting in locating new business opportunities, and providing ongoing economic support
- Performed and managed an economic and commercial due diligence to Israel’s top e-commerce logistic company as part of its acquisition
- Accompanied the Israel Port Company (governmental entity) in evaluating the feasibility and economic benefits expected to be derived from establishing an inland port at the heart of Israel
